This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are available for programs purchased through drainrefine.world. This policy applies to all three of our programs: Desk Reset Essentials, Movement and Posture Pro, and Complete Workplace Wellness.

1. Overview

Because our programs are delivered digitally with instant access upon purchase, traditional "returns" do not apply in the same way as physical products. Instead, we offer a satisfaction-based refund policy within a defined window, along with program exchange options for participants who find they have enrolled in the wrong course level.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund of your program purchase if all of the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date
• You have completed no more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total program modules
• You have not downloaded or printed more than two resource materials from the program
• The request is made in good faith and not as part of a pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund behaviour

Refund requests that do not meet all of these criteria will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, but approval is not guaranteed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us through our contact page or directly via the contact details below. Include the following information in your request:

• Your full name and email address associated with the purchase
• Order or transaction reference number
• Program name and purchase date
• Reason for the refund request
• Confirmation of your module completion percentage

We will acknowledge your request within two business days and provide a decision within five business days of receiving all required information.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. Once a refund is processed, your access to the program will be revoked immediately. Any downloaded materials must be deleted and may not be retained or shared.

5. Program Exchanges

If you enrolled in a program that is not the right fit for your needs, you may request an exchange for a different Drainrefine program within fourteen days of purchase, provided you have completed less than twenty-five percent of the original program. Exchange requests are subject to price differences:

• If the new program costs more, you will be charged the difference
• If the new program costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method
• Each customer is entitled to one program exchange per purchase

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

• More than fourteen days have passed since the purchase date
• More than twenty-five percent of program modules have been completed
• The program was purchased as part of a promotional bundle or at a discounted rate clearly marked as non-refundable
• Access credentials have been shared with or transferred to another person
• The request is made after a chargeback has been initiated with your payment provider
• Technical issues caused by the user's device, internet connection, or browser incompatibility

7. Corporate and Team Purchases

Refund and exchange terms for corporate or team purchases of five or more program licences may differ from individual purchases. Specific terms will be outlined in the corporate agreement or invoice provided at the time of purchase. Corporate clients should contact their assigned account representative or our team for refund enquiries related to bulk orders.

8. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). If our online office wellness programs fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the conditions stated above. We are committed to ensuring our programs are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their descriptions on drainrefine.world.

9. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your program content, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues promptly. If we are unable to restore access within five business days of your report, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard eligibility criteria.

10. Cancellations Before Access

If you have purchased a program but have not yet accessed any content or logged into your dashboard, you may cancel your enrolment for a full refund within forty-eight hours of purchase by contacting us. After accessing any program content, the standard refund policy outlined in Section 2 applies.

11. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our response to a refund or exchange request, you may escalate the matter by contacting us again with additional details. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may seek assistance from Consumer Protection New Zealand or pursue remedies available under applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your refund eligibility for that specific transaction.
